This class brings it all back to the fundamentals; focusing on improving core strength, alignment, and moving to feel better.

This class revolves around modifications and options allowing students to “choose their own adventure” and find the perfect movement for them.
Empower
Empower focuses on providing plenty of movement modification options so that every body in the room can get the most out of class at a more ramped up pace.
Jump - Reformer Class
This reformer class revolves around the attached jumpboard board, launching you into an exhilarating high energy workout. Our Jump classes focus on constant movement to increase your heart rate & stamina, but without harsh impact on your joints. You will leave our Jump classes feeling worked from head to toe!
Evolve - Reformer Class
This advanced class will challenge you beyond the fundamentals, taking your strength, flexibility and endurance to the next level. Participants should be confident enough with the fundamental routines to build on them and be able to work with ease at a swift pace.
Virtual Pilates Class- All Levels
Place your Pilates practice—and your day-to-day life—on a strong foundation with a class that focuses on the fundamentals of core strength and graceful, efficient movement. This class revolves around modifications, allowing students of various fitness and experience levels to find the perfect pose.
