OUR CLASSES
Want to improve your overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance? Our Reformer, Pilates Tower & Mindful Mat classes are for you! Our classes range from beginner to advanced, and have a maximum of 8-9 people, ensuring everyone has individual attention and can get the most out of the class.
Reformer Classes
Our reformer classes are performed on the state-of-the-art Allegro II reformers from Balanced Body, a dynamic piece of equipment working with spring-loaded tension beneath a moving carriage, designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and body alignment.
Tower Classes
The Pilates Tower is a vertical frame attachment added to our Allegro II reformers that can be used for a different series of Pilates repertoire, adding another layer of variety and fun to our classes!
This attachment is a spring system (much like the springs on the reformer carriage) that provides feedback and tension to every exercise, helping you to feel challenged during your workout and connected to your body.
The main difference to tower work vs. reformer work is that tower exercises are done on a static mat surface as opposed to the moving reformer carriage allowing for an added sense of stability and focus. We recommend trying both pieces of equipment for variety and a full, well-rounded movement routine!
Mindful Mat + Tower Classes
Our Mindful Mat classes are designed to fortify core strength and cultivate fluid, efficient movement, enriching both your Pilates practice and daily routines. This mat class prioritizes adaptability, offering tailored modifications to suit individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds. This class takes place on raised mats and may involve the assistance of springs from the towers (with lots of modification options!), adding a new dimension to your mat class experience.
We offer Reformer only, Tower only & Reformer + Tower Hybrid classes, as noted on our class schedule.

Intro to Reformer
The perfect starting point for anyone new to Reformer Pilates. This class introduces you to the foundational movements and equipment, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive environment. We offer a variety of modifications and options so that you can tailor the experience to your own needs, ensuring a comfortable and confident start to your Reformer journey. Whether you're stepping onto the Reformer for the first time or looking to solidify your basics, this class is designed to help you explore and connect with your body in a mindful way.
Awaken
The perfect starting point to dive in and begin your Pilates journey. Our Awaken classes bring it all back to the fundamentals; focusing on improving core strength, alignment, and moving to feel better. This highly accessible class is perfect for those just starting out with Pilates, or those looking to fine-tune the essentials.
Connect
Connect and move with your community no matter your experience or ability! This class revolves around modifications and movement options allowing students to “choose their own adventure” and find the perfect movement for them. Listen to your body and choose what feels good to you, and we promise that you will leave feeling grounded, energized, and ready to take on the day!
Empower
This class is perfect for those who are looking to really heat up their Pilates practice! Much like our Connect classes, Empower focuses on providing plenty of movement modification options so that everybody in the room can get the most out of class, but at a more ramped-up pace. Get ready for a free-flowing, fast-paced class that will strengthen those muscles, improve your stability & challenge your stamina. You will leave this class feeling all of the good feels.
Jump
Things that make you want to Jump Jump! Jumpboard Reformer packs functional training into a highly effective, high-energy class format. If you have never taken a Jumpboard reformer class you and your legs are missing out! Not for beginners, this class combines the Pilates Reformer technique with Jumpboard intervals, which increases the heart rate and strengthens the legs without being aggressive on the joints.
Evolve
Challenge yourself beyond the fundamentals to take your strength, flexibility and endurance to the next level. Our (L2) classes don’t just challenge your body, but also your mind by drawing a main focus on ramping up the choreography and coordination of movements, building on classic exercises to work up to peak challenging sequences. (L2) participants should be confident enough with the fundamental routines to build on them and be able to work with ease at a swift pace.
Soulful Tuesdays 🎶
This candlelit class on the reformer will leave you feeling nostalgic AND energized. A sexy, challenging 45 minute body lengthening flow set to music, with a focus on abs and glutes. This class is perfect for those who are looking to really heat up their Pilates practice & move to some music! In partnership with our good friends at Good Goddess, scented candles are used in this class.
Empower with Music 🎶
Similar to our regular Empower classes, but with the added bonus of music! This class is perfect for those who are looking to really heat up their Pilates practice & move to some music! Much like our Connect classes, Empower focuses on providing plenty of movement modification options so that every body in the room can get the most out of class, but at a more ramped up pace. Get ready for a free flowing, fast paced class that will strengthen those muscles, improve your stability & challenge your stamina. You will leave this class feeling alllll of the good feels (& maybe wanting to bust out some moves).
