Reformer Foundations
Module 1 can be completed in-studio during scheduled self-practice hours, or remotely if you have access to your own reformer.
Our first module lays the groundwork for a solid foundation to build upon. It will introduce you to both the history and development of the reformer Pilates method as well as the founding principles that make these exercises so powerful in eliciting a positive change for all individuals.
You gain a comprehensive knowledge of how the reformer is used, along with in-depth lessons on the introductory reformer exercises from the point of view of a teacher. These lessons get into finite details of the exercise - offering key tips and tricks on how to perform them, and providing helpful hints on how to teach them successfully.
Module 1 is presented through a series of On-Demand video lectures, allowing you to watch and rewatch them at your own pace and on your schedule of choice to fully absorb all the information! This is complemented with access to our on Demand Class library and in-studio reformer classes to take the components of what you have learned so far and see them applied in real life.
