From racing down the ski slopes to cycling mountains in Italy to dancing her heart out and practicing yoga and Pilates for over a decade, Julie believes movement is an absolute privilege - an opportunity to push boundaries and elevate our physical wellbeing. Her teaching philosophy is simple - gratitude for the body’s resilience. Having faced her own health challenges, she understands the powerful impact of movement in reclaiming strength, flexibility and alignment. Julie is on a mission to empower others to find the joy and vibrancy that comes with a dedicated Pilates practice.
