Andrew has dedicated over 16 years to teaching hot yoga and leading group fitness classes. For 14 of those years, he served as the driving force behind One Tiger Yoga, a renowned hot yoga and Pilates studio nestled in the heart of Midtown Toronto. Motivated by a personal health journey, Andrew pursued the Mindful Movement Teacher training program, seeking ways to fortify and restore his body's vitality. Renowned for his vibrant teaching style, Andrew fosters an atmosphere of inclusivity and energy in his classes. His sessions are characterized by their uplifting nature, inviting individuals of all backgrounds to embark on a journey of mind-body wellness. Andrew eagerly anticipates connecting with the welcoming community at the studio, where he aims to share his unwavering passion with the MMC community.
