Mindful Movement Centre - Shades of White Art Show
We are pleased to announce that the Mindful Movement Centre will be hosting a special evening of the arts on September 17th, 2008 from 7:00 – 10:00pm.
Some of Toronto's finest established and emerging artists as well as some International guest artists will be showcasing their works in the areas of photography, print-making and painting.
We will be having a silent auction comprised of pieces of art and other wonderful items generously donated by local Yorkville businesses and other contributors. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
The Mindful Movement Centre is dedicated to the pursuit of health and balance through Pilates and Yoga. The works on display for the event will be created within the theme "Shades of White", a theme that curator Christine Lynes anticipates will inspire a deeply 'mindful' and 'moving' collection of unified works.
We hope you will join us for "Shades of White" and support this very worthy cause!
